Lauren was born and raised in Long Island, New York in the south fork in the Hamptons. As a young girl she spent a lot of her time at the ocean and around the water. She lived in an affluent area where there were many fancy houses and tourism. As much as she enjoyed the many different cultures of people and diversity around her growing up, the deepest thing that always touched her heart were moments sitting alone at the waters edge and listening to the voice of nature. She saw many people come and go from the popular vacation spot that was her childhood hometown, but as a child always sensed and felt something vast and powerful speaking to her that she noticed not many people could hear or listen to.
There were nights that she walked the beaches alone and looked up to a vast and beautiful black sky with an enormous blanket of white stars glistening and speaking to her. The sand in the reflection of the sky also seemed the purest of pure white and it was in those moments that she deeply deeply heard Nature's voice. This mighty power of the Divine reflected to her her own soul and the preciousness of this light inside. As she tuned her heart and reflected she felt many stories and things being shared with her from the divine about the native people about the roots of humanity on earth and how the creator intended it. As a child Lauren often thought of the Native Americans, This was something she experienced oftenly in her younger years and it is something that has always stayed with her. Throughout her life she has had the privilege to synchronistically meet many beautiful elders and do beautiful work with them. Step by step leading her to the place that she is now, which is deeply working with them.
Humanitarian work, Environmental and Spiritual Ecology Preservation has been a long time passion of Lauren's and in her life journey she has discovered that the things that are reflected outside in our relationship with the earth it is greatly connected to the process happening inside ourselves. That the deep spiritual connection to the divine and to nature it is what keeps us in balance - without that it seems there is so much destruction and irresponsibility and carelessness. Bringing that heart space to her practice with clients is one of the most beautiful parts of the work for her. It is the silent foundation. Knowing that together we can all weave together a more caring and conscious awakening and respect for each other and for nature and all the elements that are gifted from her.
